Y108 (WDSY, Pittsburgh) is hosting a country dance, with live music from Pittsburgh favorites NOMaD and Saddle Up Band.

In anticipation of a large community turnout, firefighters are making this an indoor-outdoor event, open to all ages. Officer Derek Kotecki's family may attend. Area firefighters, police, and EMTs are running this fundraising dance, emceed by Monty from the Y108 morning show. Proceeds will be raised through a $10 door admission, a cash bar, food sales, and the sale of t-shirts honoring the memory of Officer Derek Kotecki. Doors open at 6:30P, with live music starting at 7:30P. There will be free shuttle service from Valley High School, with reserved parking at the Lower Burrell #1 firehall for handicap patrons as well as police officers and their families.
