Zero Waste Pittsburgh part of the Pennsylvania Resources Council, Inc. is holding a one-day collection event where your trash could be someone’s treasure!  It’s Reuse Fest and it’s happening on Saturday, August 11th from 10am-2pm.  Join NewsRadio 1020 KDKA at the parking lot at 26th and Sidney Street in the SouthSide Works for this great collection event!

Some of the materials that will be collected are:

  • Usable Building Materials
  • Blankets, Dog & Cat Carriers
  • Bikes and Bike Parts
  • Medical Supplies and Equipment
  • Medical Scrubs
  • Books
  • Housewares
  • Gently Used Furniture
  • Clothing
  • Arts & Crafts, School and Office Supplies
  • Tote Bags and Backpacks
