Justin Bieber to Face Arraignment on Valentine's Day

By Shannon Carlin

Justin Bieber may be spending this Valentine's Day with a Miami judge.

According to Associated Press (via Time), Bieber is expected to face the music over his recent charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license at his February 14 arraignment. During an arraignment, a defendant must enter a plea, but Bieber might not be required to attend if his lawyer can enter a plea in writing.

The arrest report states that the officer smelled an "odor of alcohol emanating from the drivers breath and bloodshot eyes." It continues to explain that Bieber had "slow deliberate movements and a stupor look on his face." Under the influence, Bieber did not understand why he was being arrested and continually asked each officer why he was being transported to the Miami Beach Police Department.
