Looking for a creative Valentine’s Day dessert? Try these Chocolate Fried Pierogies With Drunken Cherries & Mascarpone Filling from Braddock’s American Brasserie!

Pierogi Dough


  • 1 C Flour
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese Soft
  • 1/4C Cocoa Powder


Combine in food processor and roll into round shells.



  • 1c Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1oz Whiskey Soaked Dried Cherries
  • ¼ C Powdered Sugars


Mix thoroughly and use to fill chocolate pierogies.
