The Maniac Magazine May/June issue launch party mixed and mingled food, fashion, and luxury real-estate. Partnering with Howard Hanna, the ladies of Maniac hosted the five-star affair at the recently renovated Chapel Point Condos in Fox Chapel.  Greeting the guests was complimentary valet service. I spied a few Lamborghinis! At the entrance of the party was a spot to take red-carpet worthy selfies. Here I am with April Hubal, editor of Maniac Magazine.

And if all the glamour had you stressed, you could treat yourself to a massage or mani – on the house!

Once your nails were perfectly polished, you could dine on elegant finger foods, like sushi, cucumber-dill bites, adorable cupcakes, and bruschetta.

I took the tour of the penthouse suite and, needless to say, fell in love with the lake view, two story living area, and huge walk in closet.

Oh, and this guy pouring free champagne!

Fashion was in full force. Here are some lovely ladies I just had to snap.

The main event of the evening was the fashion show. Models strutted the runway in local boutique-wear.

This outfit was hands down my favorite.

For a fashion/food themed issue, the event was a knock-out. Everyone in attendance seemed to be really enjoying themselves, and the free wine. The Dj kept the dance floor packed, and I left definitely itching to go shopping.
