Oh Lonely Boy... Lately that name is really starting to suit you. Not only do you look lonely, you also look like you should be somewhere on set next to Jerry Seinfeld. Come on you are only 25 years old and here you look at least late thirty's. We've always been very fond of you on Gossip Girl and know that you can look waaaaaay better than this... handsome even.
Penn attended the Summer Party on the HIGH LINE, Presented by COACH at The Highline on June 19, 2012 in New York City and was photographed looking like this!! We're thinking he's lost his marbles.. lol
