Free Comic Book Day

The first weekend in May is Free Comic Book Day and on Saturday May 4th the ToonSeum joins local comic book shops in Pittsburgh and around the nation with a full day and night of festivities!

Free Comic Book Day is a single day when participating comic book specialty shops across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely free to anyone who comes into their shops.

This year from 'Archie' to 'the Walking Dead' there will be a free comic for EVERYONE!

• Comic Book INK!, 116 Smithfield St., Downtown.

• Eide's Entertainment, 1121 Penn Ave., Strip District.

• The Copacetic Comics Co., 3138 Dobson St., 3rd floor, Polish Hill.

• Pittsburgh Comics, 113 E. McMurray Road, McMurray.

• Five New Dimension Comics sites: Ellwood City, Butler, Cranberry, Century III Mall and Pittsburgh Mills.
