The Video Music Awards...live on The CW!

This premium entertainment event celebrates the best in music videos. This year's event will take place on Sunday, August 30 from 8 - 1030pm EST. While all the performers haven't been announced yet, we can tell you that this year's most nominated artists represent some of the most popular entertainers in music today: Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber. Hosted by Keke Palmer, the star-studded awards show will feature performances by Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, The Weeknd, BTS, Black Eyed Peas, Doja Cat, DaBaby, Maluma, CNCO, among others. Additional performers to be announced at a later date.

This year's show will also add two new categories that encapsulate 2020: "Best Music Video From Home" and "Best Quarantine Performance."
