Best Bistros In Pittsburgh

Bistros originated in France during the 19th century and are thought to have evolved from the kitchens of room-and-board houses that opened food service to the public to supplement income. The modern interpretation of a bistro is a small restaurant with European or sometimes Asian flair that serves rustic, home-cooked dishes. Here are some Pittsburgh bistros to try if you are looking for a relaxing, European-style dining experience.
